The Tri Centre becomes PLANETX

20140404-172244.jpg

What used to be Edinburgh’s specialist shop for triathletes is now for ROAD//TRI//MOUNTAIN//CROSS//URBAN!

PLANETX is probably best known to Edinburgh cyclists as an on-line retailer of ‘interesting bikes’ often at ‘reasonable prices’.

Our Edinburgh store is now open. It’s in a great location on South Clerk street and is easy to get to so drop in and say hi, take a look at the 40 bikes on display and have a delicious coffee while you’re there. Full workshop and bike fitting facilities are in place plus a great range of clothing, parts, accessories and nutrition. 57-59 South Clerk Street

Site update (in progress)

Since this site was created there have been various changes to bicycle maintenance and retail services in Edinburgh.

Perhaps the most significant is the closure of long established retailer Macdonald’s.
